By booking a workshop, course, camp, or private event with Studio Katz in Boots, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment (or the stated deposit) has been received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Refunds

No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a booked class, camp day, or event without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children’s Participation & Liability
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about their child, including allergies, medical conditions, or special needs. While all activities are age-appropriate and supervised, participation in creative workshops involves the use of art tools and materials. By booking, parents acknowledge and accept this and release Studio Katz in Boots from liability for minor injuries that may occur despite proper supervision and care.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during workshops and events for promotional use on our website, social media, and printed materials. By participating, you agree to this. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in writing before the event.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We cannot guarantee storage of unfinished artwork unless agreed in advance.
Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to make minor changes to instructors, materials, or scheduling if necessary while maintaining the quality of the experience.
Bookings & Payments

- More than 7 days before: full refund or credit
- 3–7 days before: 50% refund or the possibility to transfer the workshop to another person
- Less than 72 hours before: no refund
- More than 14 days before start: full refund (minus any registration fee)
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund or the possibility to transfer the workshop to another kid
- Less than 7 days before: no refund
- Deposits are non-refundable
- More than 14 days before: refund minus deposit
- Less than 14 days before: no refund
