Q: Do I need any prior experience to join?
A: No experience is required! All workshops and classes are beginner-friendly and focused on fun, creativity, and exploration.
Q: Can I book a private event or party?
A: Absolutely! We offer creative birthday parties, bachelorette events, and private workshops, fully customized for your group. We also accommodate exhibitions or music events. Just share your ideas with us.
Q: Can I bring my baby?
A: Yes! Babies are very welcome at Mom’s Hub. As little ones get older and more mobile, they may need a bit more supervision, but in general, it’s absolutely fine to bring them along at any age.
Q: How do I book a class, camp, or special event?
A: You can book directly on our website or contact us via email or phone. Payment secures your spot.
Q: What materials are included?
A: All art materials are included — unless we mention otherwise.
Q: Are the Workshops bilingual?
A: Yes! We welcome both German- and English-speaking participants.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
A: Yes. Please see our Cancellation Policy for detailed terms. Refunds or credits depend on the timing of your cancellation.
Q: What age are your kids’ classes and camps for?
A: Our creative classes and camps are designed for children aged 5–12. If your child is outside this age range but you think they would enjoy joining us, please get in touch, we’d be happy to discuss.
Q: How long are the classes and workshops?
A: Most kids’ classes run for 1.5 hours, kids camps are 4-6 hours a day, and adult workshops typically last 2.5-3 hours.
Q: Can parents stay during kids’ classes?
A: Parents are welcome to drop off children. For adult workshops, some classes (like our Moms’ Hub) allow children to join or stay nearby.
Q: Are photos or videos taken during classes?
A: Yes, photos and videos may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child or yourself not appear in photos, please inform us in advance.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Free parking (for 3 hours with parking clock) is available in front of the studio.
